Do I have to host my site on your servers?

Most of our products are available only on our servers, although a few of them can be used regardless of where you host your site. Our email newsletter system can be used whether or not you host your site with us. To leverage the rest of our functionality, your site, or at least part of your site, needs to be hosted on our servers.

Why is there such variation in your hosting rates?

Our basic hosting rates are very affordable.  Our hosting pricing is based on the features that you want to add to your site. 

The shopping cart, for instance, adds $25 a month to hosting.  The upside is that you are not paying anything for a developer to build the system for you, saving you thousands of dollars.

The same philosophy is behind all of our packages.  We have invested in the development cost upfront so that you don't have to spend much time or money to get things going.

 

WebKit uses industry standard secure server on the final checkout page when it asks for the credit card info.  This is included in your monthly hosting.  If you require a url with your own domain name it it for your secure pages there is an additional charge to purchase the secure server certificate and the server configuration for it.
